Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Ironside Digital website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Ironside Digital provides website strategy, design, development, and performance optimization services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Project Scope & Changes

Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in your proposal. Any work outside of the agreed scope is considered a change request and will be billed separately.

Additional features or functionality are billed at $50–$100 per feature depending on complexity, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Maintenance & Support

We provide free ongoing maintenance for issues caused by our original build (bug fixes, broken components, or regressions introduced by our code). This does not include new features, content updates, or third-party changes.

Support response time is typically within 2 business days. Urgent requests may be prioritized at our discretion.

4. Hosting & Third-Party Services

We include hosting on Vercel at no cost. Supabase usage is included for small businesses within reasonable limits as defined in your proposal. If usage exceeds plan limits or for larger organizations, third-party fees will be billed at cost or passed through monthly.

Ironside Digital is not responsible for outages, downtime, or limitations caused by third-party providers (e.g., Vercel, Supabase).

5. Payments & Refunds

Projects typically require a 50% upfront deposit. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Specific terms will be outlined in your project proposal.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the code and design assets created for your project, unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ironside Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
